Fit and balance before your first walk
Try the pack empty first and adjust the neck, chest and waist straps so the side compartments sit evenly. Check that straps do not rub behind the front legs or across the chest as your dog moves. Pack both sides evenly and start with a short, supervised walk. Recheck the fit during use and remove the pack if it slips, rubs or causes discomfort.
